How much would it cost for blueprints of a house based on a rough sketch?
I drew out a rough sketch of a floor plan for a house I would like to build and want to have blueprints and a 3D computer or digital model made, but don’t know the cost.
cost will range quite a bit depending on where you are located…. whether or not you are required to have architecturally sealed drawings … you can try and use google sketchup and draw it yourself but you may not include everything your builder may need and cause problems when in construction…
I personally draw custom design plans, most of which are based on my clients sketches or ideas based off of other plans that may want to have similar.
